In Line with government advice, we are asking all our patients to wear their own face covering  (scarf, mask) if attending the surgery. We regret we are unable to provide masks due to insufficient supplies. for guidance on how to wear and make a mask, visit www.gov.uk and search "face covering". Thank you for your co-operation.  

Please do not attend an appointment if you or any member of your household are suffering from any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 or are self isolating.  

Prescriptions Charges and Exemptions

Extensive exemption and remission arrangements protect those likely to have difficulty in paying charges (NHS prescription and dental charges, optical and hospital travel costs).

The NHS prescription charge is a flat-rate amount which successive Governments have thought it reasonable to charge for those who can afford to pay for their medicines.  Prescription prepayment certificates (PPCs) offer real savings for people who need extensive medication.
